Needed an appointment to get a zeon bulb replaced. Got appointment next day. Customer service upon arrival was excellent. While waiting, service rep informed me that this was a known problem (too much power to bulb) and they wanted to fix the whole problem not just replace the bulb. Was kept informed of progess and repair completed in relatively short time. Also, car was washed. Finally, NO CHARGE for the repair, bulb and car wash.
