No charge! 12/14/2011

Needed an appointment to get a zeon bulb replaced. Got appointment next day. Customer service upon arrival was excellent. While waiting, service rep informed me that this was a known problem (too much power to bulb) and they wanted to fix the whole problem not just replace the bulb. Was kept informed of progess and repair completed in relatively short time. Also, car was washed. Finally, NO CHARGE for the repair, bulb and car wash. more

Great Service at Performance Chevrolet 5/4/2011

I brought my Ford Escape to Performance Chevrolet for a substantial service. Brant, the Chevrolet service advisor, looked at my service history and helped me determine what needed to be done. He went through the service estimate with me and made sure I was okay with what all was going to be done. Because my car is a Ford, the service team had to collect parts from a Ford place, which they were happy to do. I came in a month after my service and Brant remembered me from before. There was something (a towing connector hookup) that had gotten loose and was hanging below my car. I asked Brant to take a look at it. He fixed it and didn't charge me anything. My experience at Performance Chevrolet was great--the best service experience I have ever had! more

Car worse after service 10/6/2010

The bottom line: my car performed worse after it had been serviced and I had to take it back. I took my Chevrolet in for it's 60,000 mile service. I have never had any major problems with the car. Recently, the left turn signal started working only some of the time, so I asked them to take a look at that. The day after I picked up my car, I noticed that it would not change gears properly (its an automatic) and the rpms would go up really high. I took the car back and they said the mechanic didn't put enough automatic transmission fluid in the car. They fixed the problem with the transmission fluid, but they should have noticed the car wasn't behaving properly before they gave it to me. They changed my turn signal lightbulb which went out again less than one day later. more
