Very hard to find good customer service this day and age. The lady that owns Parcel Pedia goes above and beyond good customer service. She always knows my name when I come in to get my mail and calls when I have a package. Couldnt ask for a nicer person or place to rent a mailbox. Always makes sure the things I ship get to the right destination and unbroken! Highly recommend Parcel Pedia!!!!!
