Doug did a great job on our furnace. He came over on a Saturday morning, gave us an inspection, and carefully explained what was going on with the old unit. He quoted us a fair price for appropriate new equipment, without trying to up-sell us anything we didn't need. We got a second quote, which was a tiny bit cheaper, but we went with Doug because of his warantee, experience, and good reviews.
On installation day, Doug and his crew were on time, well prepared, courteous, and efficient. He explained the new system to us, and even made some improvements to the ductwork before he left. The crew cleaned up the site very nicely, and left nothing behind but shiny new equipment that works.
