Standard Aerovironment Level 2 chargers, at least one is easily accessible from the 610 Loop frontage road. Not sure about their "non-customer" charging policy, or after-hours policy, have not asked. But bought my Leaf here, and they made it easy. Paid full MSRP but I'm an early adopter and waited a year for this car.
