Doug previously installed our furnace and did our duct work and did a great job updating our system. But the original furnace did not quite work properly. After multiple trips to trouble-shoot it (often on weekends), he replaced the entire model to make sure we had a furnace that worked properly 100% of the time (not just 96% of the time). I could not be more appreciative nor could I recommend their services any higher. It seems, in this modern day and age, like no one gives this type of quality service any more. Doug is clearly unique in both his quality of service and level of professionalism.
