Diane, the emergency room nurse is a monster. She has the worst bedside manner I have ever seen.
She caused my mother to have extreme bruising from the blood pressure cuff, ignoring her pleas to remove it. Instead she placed a larger cuff on her and it continued to be so extremely painful that a passing emergency room employee quickly removed it. He said he would let Diane know that the cuff was destroying my frail mothers arm. Diane should not be in the healthcare profession since she totally lacks compassion. Her knowledge of nursing is questionable also. Danbury Hospital needs to terminate this woman, for it's best interest.
Everyone else at the hospital has been great. Nurses, doctors, aides....exceptional.
