Good: nothing. Bad: I'm a regular customer who called to Book an appointment and was told by the rude receptionist that the Salon don't need my business.
Apparently the receptionist is too busy taking his personal calls all the time.
Contacted the management but no action was ever taken against anyone.
Very disappointed with the level of customer care and service
will never go back.
people should learn to treat customers with respect. Improvements: receptionist being fired for rudeness.
