recently purchased my first new car on my own and have to admit i was terrified going into the dealership. But at Jim Coleman Toyota they made it such a pleasant expierence. We negotiated a reasonable price right where i had budgeted to pay. Everyone was so kind and willing to work with me. It made me feel very confident in my choice.
