I had an initial consult and met my patient coordinator/ office manager Monica who talked so much about herself without getting to know more about I wanted. I met with Dr. Basu briefly and thought he was very nice and seemed very skilled. However, because of the office's rude staff member Monica, I will not be choosing Dr. Basu. Monica was very pushy and talked down to me. Because I asked questions & was not comfortable working with her, she told me to go to another surgeon which I will happily do so. It's unfortunate that Dr. Basu may not realize who he has working for him and what type of image they are giving his practice.?
