I made an appointment and waited over an hour to be seen. The girl at the front desk barely acknowledged me, so I didn't get a good first impression of the office. Then, I met with the treatment coordinator. I think her name was Monica. She seemed very rushed and talked very fast. Basically, I had to wait another 30 minutes while she rambled on and on about her personal life before the doctor came in to examine me. He did a quck exam and told me what he could do for me, then he left. Then, the treatment coordinator explained the costs to me. I asked her some questions, and she was very frustrated that I had questions to ask. She rolled her eyes at me and said, "So do you want to do it or not?" When I asked if I could ask the doctor some additional questions, she said yes after you have paid and picked the surgery date. What horrible customer service!!! I felt that they only cared about money and not the well-being of the patient. After all, this is surgery, and I would think they would take it more seriously.....it's not like I'm buying a purse or something! Needless to say, I will never come back to this office!
