A tenant called me while I was on vacation and complained about having seen bugs in the kitchen. I looked up Pest control online based on the building zip code and Advanced Maintenance came up on Google. So I called them and explained the situation. I told Bryan I was out of town and needed someone to contact the tenant and take care of the issue and Bryan went and took care of it the same day and invoiced me. I am very pleased with them and will definitely use them in the future.
