After fighting ants for about a week I decided to call in the experts. Ants were coming in from the back door no matter what I did. I tried to use bleach to clean up the area but it did not help. They kept coming as long as there is left over food on the kitchen counter. AMS came in and did whatever they needed to do. When I came back the pest control tech said that I will not see any of them tomorrow and that they will stop coming in from now and that s what happened Thank you AMS more

Great Pest Control company - They live up to their name - 12/21/2010

I live in an apartment building and suffer the consequences of living next to people who do not keep their home clean. AMS Pest control has been great in helping me get rid of cockroaches. The landlord agreed to pay for it and I am deducting the cost from my rent. AMS tech came fairly quickly and finished the job within an hour. more

They did a wonderful job getting rid of pest in my apartment 4/10/2010

I had rats in my apartment and I was really traumatized by it. My 6 year old could not even go in the kitchen. Then the Advanced Pest Solutions company came and the problem was solved. They made sure all entry ways are blocked and set traps in the kitchen. They came back to pick up the dead rats and that was the end of the story. He told us to keep the backdoor closed at all time so they dont come back in from outside. my kid used to do that and that's how they came in. But now she does not do it anymore. more

I have nothing to say but words of encouragement for a company that went the extra mile to help me with my pest control problems. They treated the problem just like it were theirs. My house is near a fruit market and you can imagine what happens when you are that close to something like that. I am extremely satisfied with the service. more

great service I would use them again 3/21/2010

A tenant called me while I was on vacation and complained about having seen bugs in the kitchen. I looked up Pest control online based on the building zip code and Advanced Maintenance came up on Google. So I called them and explained the situation. I told Bryan I was out of town and needed someone to contact the tenant and take care of the issue and Bryan went and took care of it the same day and invoiced me. I am very pleased with them and will definitely use them in the future. more

Decent Service at a decent price 3/16/2010

I called AMS for a regular pest control maintenance for a residential building of 12 units in the city of Chicago. They did a great job. I used to have another company but their prices jumped up too much so I was looking to find someone else in the area and I found AMS. Service was good and the price was right. more
