We initially visited Burns Honda to look at the Honda Odyssey. Mike, our saleman was very accomodative to our schedule and our concerns about the vehicle. The support staff was friendly and helpful, even watching our children while Mike took us out for a test drive. Before leaving the dealership, we were introduced to the Sales Manager, Anthony. After our visit, Mike followed up with periodic phone calls to understand where we were in our decision to purchase. We ultimately decided that the Accord would better suit our needs. Again Mike met with us, spoke to us about the vehicle, and took us for a test drive. While his interest to close the deal was apparent, at no time did we feel pressured or rushed in our decision. When we were ready to purchase, we collected internet pricing from several local dealers. We returned to Burns Honda, where Tony joined our negotiation. He was able to match our best offer and we drove our new car home that day. When the new registration documents were received, Mike called, and I was able to pick them up on my way home from work. Overall, Mike and Tony made the process painless and straightforward. We are now a two Accord family, and expect to enjoy our new Accord for many years to come. more
