My sales consultant Robert, offered to pick me up from the airport when I flew in to buy the car, and was open to me flying in fairly late even though it would have meant he had to stay very late (past 10pm) to complete the deal. He was also open and honest about the negotiation. When I called him later with a paperwork problem he was helpful.
