Before we arrived, Mary Becker was extremely helpful in making our reservation and offering us 2 free breakfasts during our stay. This was the reason why we chose to stay at the Radisson Grand Rapids. The only problem we had was th etoilet plugged up one afternoon and Jeff (I believe that was his name) came up right away and took care of the problem. He was very friendly and courteous. Our room was clean and spacious and we enjoyed the free wi-fi. We all enjoyed the pool. We ate 2 breakfasts and 2 dinners at The Landing. - the service was great as well as the food. We really enjoyed our stay. Conveniently located downtown area, zoo, 5th/rd ballpark, and Meijer Gardens.
