I'm glad that you all had good experiences there. However, my experience there was terrible. My sales lady was great...my problem was with a man in finance. To make a long story short...the things he said to me during the loan process were false. He didn't include all of my income when trying to get financing, which I was told by the bank. When I confronted him with what he had said he called me a liar. Really?? Needless to say, I left there and would never recommend them to anyone. Even if he was having a bad day, there is a right way and a wrong way to speak to a customer. It was a horrible experience, but had a much better experience at Horne Kia.
I had to give this a rating for it to post. I put one only because of the sales lady. All in all I would give them no stars if I could.
