I would like to take a few minute of your time and thank you for all your help today and the last week of trying to get my dodge truck fixed. I know at times things can feel almost impossible to repair and how hard it is to find the problems. I would also like to thank your employee's catt and alvin. they continued to keep me informed of the progress of the repair and and how things were going. i know it's been an unusual problem that no one seems to understand but the work that catt and alvin have done so far go way beyond what i experienced from past service stations and repair shops. you should be proud of those two employee's as well as all of your crew in the service dept. everyone i have come in contact with has gone out of their way to be friendly and very helpful, not only with me but everyone i've watched coming in the four day's i've spent there. again, i thank you and especially catt and alvin for all there help. i will make sure that all my family and friends know just how nice and helpful your dept. has been with me. i also thank you again for providing me with a rental truck while mine is being repaired.
