Dr. Slack is very kind, and seems knowledgable. However, the staff is absolutely awful - as others have said, be prepared to have appointments canceled, calls not returned, and generally be treated rudely. I'm switching doctors after waiting over a month to have surgery scheduled. (They still haven't called me.)
