OMG, the wait! It's always a long wait to see the doctors here and their billing is PITIFUL! I get allergy shots, at first twice a week, and their billing dept would say I needed to pay XX amt to catch up, then the next week I had a credit for the next three visits, then I owed to "catch up" again till finally I stopped paying because they had billed me so much when they weren't supposed to that I had a $75 credit!! They can't get it together! And expect to wait anywhere from 30 mins (if you don't say anything) to 2 hours! If it weren't for the doctors themselves and nurses, I would have QUIT going there already!
