BILLING 6/22/2011

I went to the office to get an estimate for allergy treatment. NO tests done, no treatment done. I was told by their precert office person that my insurance would cover testing and treatment, and to come back for same. I didn't feel good about it, and did not return. I was billed $1,000. I explained that I didn't even get an exam. I still had to pay $1,000. Do not go to Kaner. Very difficult to work with. more

Claims and Bills 2/7/2011

I am not happy with their billing. Everytime I have an appointment, I make my co-pays at the office. I had a small procedure and I needed follow up. My doctor specifically noted in the paperwork for the next appointment "No co-pay" for it. Three months later I get billed, not one but two appointments. I did not miss any appointment and I made the payments I was supposed to. This has happened to me twice. Whenever I try to explain the situation the billing department gives me this weird explanation that leaves me nothing but confused. more

Good: Everything, Dr. Livingstone is the best doctor I have ever had. Very patient, kind and informative. The staff is tops. I now live in Denison but still travel to Euless for my 6 month check ups just because I like them so much.. Bad: Can't think of anything I didn't like.. Improvements: Nothing at this time.. Other: I have rarely had to wait more than 20 minutes on a scheduled appointment. Today, any doctor, dentist etc. you can count on waiting. things happen they have emergencies.....take a book to read and stop complaining. Shannon Howell. more

THE WAIT!!!! 1/22/2010

OMG, the wait! It's always a long wait to see the doctors here and their billing is PITIFUL! I get allergy shots, at first twice a week, and their billing dept would say I needed to pay XX amt to catch up, then the next week I had a credit for the next three visits, then I owed to "catch up" again till finally I stopped paying because they had billed me so much when they weren't supposed to that I had a $75 credit!! They can't get it together! And expect to wait anywhere from 30 mins (if you don't say anything) to 2 hours! If it weren't for the doctors themselves and nurses, I would have QUIT going there already! more

Always booked 10/8/2009

I liked Dr. Livingstone, but for over a year now he has always been booked. My wife which her insurance to mine and has never seen the man because he never has had an opening. Good luck getting an appointment. more

Was Not Happy With This Office 7/9/2005

I was not very happy with this office. Almost every time I went I had to wait two to three hours, even though I came on time. Dr. Livingston (my primary physician) was nice, but I have major complaints with some of his staff. One time when when I threw out my back and he wasn't in I had to see one of his a nurse practitioner there. She didn't give me any advice on how to care for my back--not even "don't lift anything heavy,." Actually, she didn't even tell me what was wrong. She just did a brief check and said that I could take Tylenol for the pain. I told her that I wanted a referral to a chiropractor, and I had to argue with her before she would give me one. more
