The merchandise at Wave can be found at any craft store in any city. If you are interested in this type of wares, find another store that carries the line and shop there. Wave, surprising as it may seem, has a no refund policy and they do not make exceptions. Truly, if you are going to buy the vase on the front shelf or the bench in the back and you are not 100% sure that the item will work in your home (or that the recipient will not be 100% satisfied with it,) then buy the item from another store. There are so many stores that treat their customers better than Wave. Reward one of them with your business and their policies will, in turn, reward you for shopping there. Wave has not, according to their sales staff, given a refund in 25 years. When I asked for a refund, the sales staff told me they would rather lose me as a repeat customer than give a refund. That's pretty shocking and that's why you should think twice about shopping at Wave.
