I was able to purchase a vintage garment as a Christmas gift for a loved one over the phone; obviously I knew this item was special to my recipient. Anyway, both Rose and Cathy were kind and accommodating, and even offered to store the item until they close on Dec 19th so that my sense for stealth and secrecy could remain intact. That's pretty damn wonderful; I'm now a customer for life...!!!!
