Good: Received a phone call while they were on the way to house providing their arrival time. Didn't have to sit and guess when they might show up. Showed up when they said they would, and once the site was examined, took the time to explain what should be done and also provided other options I could consider (and the related price to provide), BUT let me choose wheich I wanted allowing me to stay in budget. Technician was polite, professional and did his job timely.. Other: I would have no problem recommending them to my freinds..
