It's hard to sum up but over time we just felt that their statement of being number one was true in more than just market share. We didn't need to be catered to but just felt that our goals took a backseat to what was quick and available now. Steamboat is filled with such wonderful and caring people but it always just felt a little different when working with our broker. Our neighbors on one trip were talking about their experience buying a place and how good they felt about the process and their broker. Talk about a night and day difference. We couldn't be more thankful that we stopped to talk that day because the change we made felt so much better and negotiated us a great deal.
