I normally don't do restaurant reviews very often but I feel compelled to do it this time. We have been regulars of this place from time to time and as many others have commented, this restaurant is a ""hit and miss"" at best. With that caveat, we occasionally patronize the business but what we experienced yesterday was appalling under any circumstances. The restaurant has open hours displayed until 8:00 PM. We were warned many times in previous occasions when we were there just shy of 7:30 PM that the restaurant was closed. With good intentions, we suggested that perhaps they should change the sign to an early hour if they were not willing to serve customers until 8:00 PM. We were having dinner last night and the food was a ""miss"" opportunity. We observed also that they were rejecting customers after 7:30 PM. We thought it was not good business practices. A hungry family came with three young teenagers and they were rejected as well. One of the youngsters even asked them to turn their sign to ""closed"" if they were not serving customers anymore. We commented very respectfully and the manager turned to us and asked us to leave in the middle of our dinner. Not only he did that in front of his employees but he cursed us and yelled with extremely disrespectful language not proper for this forum. We never had such an experience before at any business anywhere. We respectfully request that this business should not be supported. Great food... not so great service.... 12/6/2010

My boyfriend and I go here at least once a week because we love the beef with green beans. We also love that they have the option of Brown Rice. The little house salad that comes with it is also very good. I particularly like the house dressing they serve it with. The thing we don't like is the atmosphere... it would be nice to have some mood... There is an I Love Pho in Factoria and they have a great atmosphere. But the one here on Mercer Island is bland, small and very loud. The other thing that we do not like is one of the female servers. She has no customer service and we choose to take our food home if she is working. The two other guy servers and younger girl do a much better job. At least they try. more

great vietnamese food 10/31/2009

You have to try the cabbage salad before you eat their chicken pho!!!!!! excellent. The service is very very quick. I place my order and before you know it my food was already at my table. This place has the best pho I have eaten in seattle Pros: fast fast fast more

Delicious 10/3/2009

I was introduced to Vietnamese food from a good friend of mine and have been addicted ever since. I have eaten pho at many different locations and this is by far my favorvite. Their vermicelli noodle bowls are yummy too. Pros: GREAT SERVICE, CLEAN PLACE Cons: no complaints more

I have been addicted to pho since my first bowl, and have been to countless pho restauraunts (including ones in Vietnam). This is my favorite place to get pho, it's unbelievably good and in a small quiet place. A nitpick I've always had about pho places is that the customer service is always really minimal, and here they really keep an eye on you and make sure you're happy. The one draw-back of I love Pho is that it's pricey compared to other places (roughly 6.50), but I personally think it's worth it. I love this place! 7/22/2004

I've tried everywhere but finally found one that I really love going to. They have a great menu. I especially like their salads (chicken salad). Try it with the Lime and Fish sauce dressing. It's wonderful. My other choice would be the pho ga with vegetables. The broth is so goooood and clean. They should have a frequent program cause I visit this place at least 3-4 times a week for the past 3 years. more
