My boyfriend and I go here at least once a week because we love the beef with green beans. We also love that they have the option of Brown Rice. The little house salad that comes with it is also very good. I particularly like the house dressing they serve it with.
The thing we don't like is the atmosphere... it would be nice to have some mood... There is an I Love Pho in Factoria and they have a great atmosphere. But the one here on Mercer Island is bland, small and very loud. The other thing that we do not like is one of the female servers. She has no customer service and we choose to take our food home if she is working. The two other guy servers and younger girl do a much better job. At least they try.
