I called Yoga on High twice to ask for some basic information. The first time, I left a message and, after three weeks, no one had returned my call. I called again and got the receptionist, who was rude and uninformative. To be clear, I should state that I have never taken classes at Yoga on High, so the instructors and classes might still be great. But given the horrible service I've gotten so far, when you would think they would be trying to get me in as a customer, I won't ever be taking classes at Yoga on High.
