Horrible customer service 11/30/2009

I tried to order some parts to fix my stove. They were helpful in locating the part I needed and ordered it. I was told it would be 3 days to get the part in. When I called after 4 days to see if it was there, they told me they'd forgotten to order it, but would do it immediately. When I called a week later, they told me the part wasn't in yet. Another week went by, I called one more time, they had no idea what I was talking about. more

Second hand appliances 11/16/2005

if your looking for used appliances this is a good place to go the prices are fairly reasonable. They also do appliance repair and this can get costly the biggest fault I have found with this company is the customer service is not so friendly sometimes you walk in there and they look at you like your the creature from the black lagoon. With more friendly staff this place could earn another star. more
