I tried to order some parts to fix my stove. They were helpful in locating the part I needed and ordered it. I was told it would be 3 days to get the part in. When I called after 4 days to see if it was there, they told me they'd forgotten to order it, but would do it immediately. When I called a week later, they told me the part wasn't in yet. Another week went by, I called one more time, they had no idea what I was talking about.
