World Trade Copiers is a very reliable company to do business with. They have friendly staff who communicate, respond to my questions and get me copier service on timely basis. I recommend this company because of the level of customer service they provide me. In 2004 when we were upgrading our equipment they sold me a problematic copier. The machine was completely unreliable, it had jamming problems and consistent error codes. I complained and they answered. I was able to speak to ?the person in charge? who helped me get my equipment replaced by the manufacturer and provided me a replacement machine for the time being. Sure it wan't perfect but they helped me fix the difficult matters. I have done business with World Trade Copiers for over 14 years and they have truly delivered! Besides this single event, which they claimed it was faulty machine produced was manufacturer, I rely on World Trade Copier?s service reliability and the fact they stand behind their word. I've done business with World Trade Copiers on a few separate occasions and I can safely say that they are excellent to deal with. I work in film production and world trade has provided copiers for several productions I've been on. The production office requires high volume copies, and so we need a reliable copier. Our representative Hanna was quick to respond and was always incredibly helpful whenever we ran into an issue with our rented machines. She always responded quickly, despite our crazy hours. What's good about this company is that its representatives really seem to care and will go to almost any lengths to provide the best possible customer service. They are quick to respond to any problem and will make sure it gets remedied in a timely fashion. I would have no problem recommending them to anybody in need of a copier and will most certainly work with them again. more
