This is one of the best workouts I've had in my entire life. The school provides a well organized & intense workout for all ages & all levels. Everyone is more than just a team but a family. Instructors are very helpful as well as they are all champions. Everyone helps each other out & learn something new from other students & instructors. The school is located in a safe location near SF City College & San Francisco State. The school provides a wide variety of classes during the day & evening. Times are very flexible for all people. Going into a muay thai gym I thought I would be up against a bunch of caveman with uni brows. Turned out everyone (coaches and students) were down to earth and humble. The work outs are great and the instruction in Muay Thai and Bjj are second to none. Pros: Great teachers (BJJ and Muay Thai) and nice people more

World Team Usa is a great place for people trying out jiu jitsu or muay thai for recreation, for serious athletes that want to compete, or even if you have a bully at school that you want to show who's boss. The staff is really friendly and helpful making you feel comfortable the moment you step into the gym. The gym is located not too far from SF State University or SF City College so if you're a college student looking for something else better to do rather than studying for your classes all day, World Team Usa is the spot for you.
