Review content:
This is one of the best workouts I've had in my entire life. The school provides a well organized & intense workout for all ages & all levels. Everyone is more than just a team but a family. Instructors are very helpful as well as they are all champions. Everyone helps each other out & learn something new from other students & instructors. The school is located in a safe location near SF City College & San Francisco State. The school provides a wide variety of classes during the day & evening. Times are very flexible for all people.
