WAY OVERPRICED! I did not realize it until I went elsewhere that they are so greedy! You can never talk to anyone because the semi-rude staff acts as if you are bothering them. I am requesting my records and leaving...wish I had done it a long time ago. The Vet is very nice but this place is definitely a RIP-OFF! GREEDY! more

I LOVE this practice and have taken my dogs to see most of the doctors there. I think they LOVE my bulldogs as much if not more than me! The staff knows my pets by name & always seems excited to see them. It is a great office with even greater people! more

I am a young guy on a tight budget and have a 12 year old mutt. I love her, she is my best friend. ""Mam"" the nickname I have given her has not been eating and just isnt herself. A friend to me about Dr McMillan at General Booth Vet and so I scheduled an appointment for Mam. Dr Mcmillan took time to ask questions, listen to my concerns and really tend to Mam. The Dr. took an Xray to make sure Mam hadnt eaten anything she should have & recommended doing blood work. I dont have much money, so I am going to try changing food, making sure she drinks plenty of water and walking her more. If these things dont work in the next couple of days I will then go back for blood work. I appeciate the time she took discussing the type of food Mam should eat and how much. Most of all Dr McMillan understood my fiancial situation and how much I love Mam. Dr McMillan is a great doctor, who shows she loves her job! What a great vet! Thank You Dr McMillan! I had just moved to the area and was in search of a new Vet. I did quite a bit of research to compare prices and services provided. Both my dogs needed their Rabies vaccine and there was NO exam fee, most places had quoted me $30-$50 for just the exam! Savings!!! Dr. Califf examined my dogs thoroughly and even discussed dental care! Her pleasant, warm & friendly attitude made me know I choose the right vet for my babies! Peace of mind in my new town! more

I have been taking all my pets to this place since 1999 and at the start it was great but they keep losing good vets and the owner seems to be money hungry!! I had him ONE time and never again. He seemed annoyed by me and bothered!! About 7 years ago I bounced a check to them and I did not know it, called to make an app. and was told then which was about 7 months later so I paid the money right then over the phone. I went in for the app and saw they had written on all 4 of my dogs folders in HUGE RED INK...NO MORE CHECKS ACCEPTED!!!!! How RUDE to do that!!! I have paid this vet clinic THOUSANDS of dollars and this is how I get treated???? We are now looking for a new Vet....I am looking TODAY!!!! more

I have 3 Boston Terriers that I bring regularly to General Booth. I have seen multiple vets here and they have all been pleasant and professional and caring to all 3 of my Boston Terriers. I have to give PRAISE & THANKS especially to Dr. Wood as she has really been a life saver to my special needs Boston who has seizures. The whole staff here is pleasant and professional and the office is always very clean. I would recommend this Veterinary Hospital.
