Women Physician's In Ob/gyn

I've been with this office for almost 9 years now. Now that I've moved, I even drive 2 hours to get there. The office staff has been wonderful to reschedule when the unexpected happens right before the annual appointment. They have been courteous and professional. The doctors and nurse practitioners have great bedside manners, and when I have questions, they don't make me feel rushed at all. If there are health problems, they are quick to get back to me. Overall a great experience! more

I decided to go to this office when my primary care doctor couldn't give me an IUD device which is a type of birth control that requires the doctor to place it. I was really nervous about the procedure, but my primary care doctor referred me over to Women Physicians and I was very glad. I got my IUD and Allison a nurse practitioner there is just the sweetest thing. more

I recently moved to the area and a friend recommended Women Physician's in OBGYN for my GYN care. I was able to get in quickly, loved my new doc and I will certainly be staying with this practice! more

Went in for an important ultrasound at eight weeks and office staff would not let me be seen until I signed a paper to pay a large delivery fee in the next two months in full. My husband had set up a payment plan and they said there was no record of it and recommended making a payment this month. I do not feel comfortable paying for delivery at eight weeks. They were not even concerned with my emergency appointment or my health. All they wanted was a delivery fee paid in full. The office manager called and was very nasty and told me its my fault for picking my insurance. We wish we did have another insurance option, however this was strictly the dr office policy. I have called many other offices and they are willing to work out a payment plan. Bottom line...my health and well being were never taken into consideration for my appointment. more

Women Physician's in OB/GYN is the best practice in central Ohio. I have been seeing Dr Beth Boyles for over 8 years now and have had nothing but great experiences with the entire practice. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgable and caring. I have referred many of my friends to this practice and they have been just as thrilled with their care. IIf you want a compassionate, thorough and knowledgable health care provider then this is the place for you! more

I went to Women Physician's In OBGYN for my pregnancy, I saw Dr. Sara Bazan. I have had 4 children and all have been delivered by diffrent Doctors and at diffrent office's. I am very happy to say that this has been by far the best OBGYN I have ever been to. Every visit was very plesant all of the staff and Dr. Bazan were very nice and took their time with with me. Any time I had a question or concern and I would call in they would talk to me or always call back in a timely manor. I would have to say anyone in need for a new OBGYN this is the place to go. more

Women Physician's in OB/GYN is the place to go! The physicians and staff made my experience a good one. I experienced a quick check in, minimal wait time, and the MA who brought me back was not only pleasant and friendly, but funny! Never thought I'd be laughing on my way to get a GYN exam, but I was! My physician was just as friendly. She made me feel comfortable - something we all know is very important for these types of appointments. The women in this office truly are pleasant to be around, let alone work with. And for doctor's offices, this makes all the difference. My annual exam has been re-scheduled 3 times because my doctor had to leave for delivery and was not going to return. I completely understand the special circumstances that happen with the doctors schedule but I have a schedule too but the staff was not sympathetic at all. I am a physician here in Columbus and I have to say that if my staff handled patient care as this practice does I would have to do some serious re-evaluating. The practice manager was rude and very short with me when I explained to her that I could no longer be a patient there. I will no longer be referring my patients to Dr. Gaiser or anyone else in that practice. more

The only positive about this office: I was never kept waiting for extended periods on my few visits......The negatives: The office is so horribly disorganized with scheduling that I stopped going. The first doctor I saw in this practice, Tiffany Davis, was only there for a brief time before announcing her departure. I received notification of this in the mail. The letter stated that the practice was in the process of determining who would manage my care at future appointments. My annual exam I'd scheduled the prior year with the practice approached and I called to confirm it since I had never heard anything further about whom in the practice I'd be seeing. When I called I was told the appointment date I'd been given was no longer valid because of the physician changes and they didn't know how they missed reaching out to reschedule my appointment. I rescheduled with a new doctor in their practice, Sara Bazan, for an annual exam on a different date. Strike one!.......... I went to my annual exam with Dr. Bazan and scheduled an appointment for the following year before I left the office. The next year rolls around, and two days before my annual appointment I get a voice mail from the office confirming that I should be there at 3:30 on 3/26. Not good, I was scheduled for 4 p.m. on that date, and since I have a work schedule to adhere to l could not go any earlier. I still had the appointment card the receptionist had written for me stating the 4 p.m. time. Thinking it must have just been a mistake on the voice mail reminder I called the office and told the receptionist I had an appointment scheduled at 4, and that was written on the appointment card. She was totally unhelpful about it. I offered to send her a copy of the card and she just said ""I don't doubt you ma'am, but your appointment is at 3:30 in our system and Dr. Bazan can't see you at 4."" I said I was not interested in scheduling anything further with their office. Later that day I got a voice mail from someone else in the office asking me to call them. When I returned the call, the woman I spoke to was explaining how Dr. Bazan had gone on maternity leave and wasn't even supposed to be around for ANY appointments on 3/26, but then she became available after all on 3/26 so they had put everyone back on the schedule and somehow I had been moved to 3:30 and they thought they were doing me a favor getting me back on the schedule on 3/26 at 3:30...went on further to say I had actually been on their schedule for 4/23 and hahaha they just didn't know what happened. She was literally laughing about it! Not funny and totally unprofessional. Strike two! Stay away. I will not go back to this practice. I received excellent OB care here. Dr. Vanek was great, always taking time to answer my questions without my feeling rushed, even if they were running behind. I interacted with several different nurses since I had to have NSTs twice-weekly, and they were all very friendly. Another doctor in the office ended up delivering my baby (she was also very nice and kept me informed), but Dr. Vanek checked on me twice while I was in the hospital. A plus of this office is that if you don't like the hectic nature of the Riverside office (where the OBs sometimes have to run away to deliver a baby), you can go to their Dublin office, which is much calmer. In regards to the rude staff, there does seem to be one woman in particular who is difficult on the phone. I just try not to let her get to me. I switched obgyn's mid pregnancy because we had a scare with the last one ""finding"" something on the ultrasound. It turned out to be nothing thank God; but when I initailly questioned my old office I was told they ""didnt know."" Not to comforting to a pregnant person who previously had a miscarriage. I was referred to this office, and absolutely love them. They actually know what they are talking about, and the doctors have great bed side manor. The staff is always nice and concerned about what is going on. I only wish I had found this practice sooner. =) more

Couldn't agree more with concerned mom....Doctors are very good, but trying to work with the office staff is not worth it.\r \r I am regularly traveling with my work and in trying to reschedule my annual appointment I was told pointedly that I would have to wait another year. I have used their services for many years. I have always been treated politely and the doctors are willing to listen and explain everything honestly. The nurses, also, who call back and answer my questions. As far as not getting in quickly: There is a shortage of ObGyn's generally, they work weird hours and have high practice insurance, so getting in to see ANY woman Ob-Gyn will require you getting onto a very long waiting list for a first appointment. The waiting lists for male ob-gyns are shorter, but there are still not enough. So if you are thinking about getting pregnant, and you want to see a woman ObGyn, ANY woman ObGyn, you better make your appointment a long time before you drop your birth control and don't take it personally if they don't let you jump the line. Good luck trying to get a call back from these rude & inconsiderate people! Nothing but bad experiences with this office...they treat you like you're just a number! NOT recommended at all...stay away!!!! Pros: Nice Doctor Cons: Office Staff Rude Rude Rude!!!! more
