My annual exam has been re-scheduled 3 times because my doctor had to leave for delivery and was not going to return. I completely understand the special circumstances that happen with the doctors schedule but I have a schedule too but the staff was not sympathetic at all. I am a physician here in Columbus and I have to say that if my staff handled patient care as this practice does I would have to do some serious re-evaluating. The practice manager was rude and very short with me when I explained to her that I could no longer be a patient there. I will no longer be referring my patients to Dr. Gaiser or anyone else in that practice.
