I got the best customer service ever at the Wok Shop! When I received my order via mail there was even a handwritten note inside. Try the jasmine tea flowerettes. I even emailed the owner asking how to make the tea and she was very helpful. Located in China town. more

Good selection 11/13/2006

One of my favorite stores in Chinatown. Lots of good values and items not easily found other places. Staff very knowledgable, and they will ship your items to you if needed. more

A Chinatown must 3/17/2005

The owner or manager, Thane Chan, was really friendly and extremely knowledgeable and helpful to me. I'm glad I stopped in there during my trip to SF. I got a true taste of Chinatown. Pros: friendly service, extremely helpful, very knowledgeable more
