Great service, reasonable pricing 6/4/2011

We had Wind River come out for a routine septic cleaning. The gentleman called 10 minutes before arriving, was on time, courteous, and efficient. He did the job without trying to sell us unnecessary products and replaced the grass that he dug up. Pricing was very reasonable and we highly recommend Wind River for all your septic needs. more

Good service at a fair price 6/3/2011

My wife and I have been customers of Bill Roy Septic for nearly a decade. The service calls have always been prompt and professional. Today was no different, even though the company is now owned by Wind River Environmental. I called today because our pump alarm went off last night and re-flipping the circuit breaker switches didn't help. The technician, Steve, determined there was an issue with a float/switch and suggested we call the plumber who installed our new pump last spring to check it out. Steve discovered the problem after he held down the float with a shovel and I re-flipped the circuit breaker switches. Sure enough, the pump came back on and the water level started dropping. Steve didn't try to up-sell me, or charge me to clean out the tank after I told him we had it cleaned last year. Keep up the good work! more

Good Experience 5/28/2011

Good experience using Wind River Environmental. The technician arrived on time and was very informative in explaining the status and treatment of my septic system. There are cheaper services out there, but you get what you pay for. I would recommend Wind River. more

Thank you, Bill Roy/Wind River Environmental. All aspects of the service were top notch. The driver/pumper, John, was courteous, knowledgable, and answered all my questions, put up with all my nosing around - a good guy. Priced in the middle at $285 - well-worth it. This is the third time I used this company and it is ""comfortable' knowing a reliable and experienced company like this. more
