After 4 sets of french doors and about 30 windows I can reliably write that Windor is horrible. I have been waiting since June for them to make repairs and finish the job. Some windows still do not have screens. Doors are misaligned, locks do not work, frames are already pulling apart. They have wasted hours of mine! Run from Windor, Chech out the pictures. more

I had my windows and entry door replaced just over 8 years ago. The windows have been GREAT! My house backs up to a busy through street and the windows did a wonderful job in blocking the noise. I have had Windor come out twice over the last 8 years for a service need and they have always been helpful. \r \r In particular, because of termite damage I recently had to have my Windor patio door removed so that I could repair the upstair floor joists. Windor not only came out to my house to remove the door but they also re-installed the door after my contractor repaired the termite damage. They even did this YEARS after the windows and doors were installed! \r \r I have plans to do more business with Windor as I found out from my salesperson they are also offering blinds. Confident I will have the same experience as before!\r \r \r more

Pleasantly surprised! We went with WinDor even after reading some of their reviews. We had such a great experience from sales to install. Very clean and professional. I would highly recommend them. Best contractor experience yet! more

I highly recommend Win-dor for replacing poorly designed or defective windows. I found the people there in all their steps to be professional and caring. The windows I got are a huge upgrade from what I had at a great price. more

We went to their shop and walked around the showroom. First of all, they have lots of choices. We picked out the ones we wanted, and they are made in Anaheim. They came out to measure, and they really seemed to know what they were doing (I know that is their business - they should) but we had others come out and chose to go with Windor. They are now installed, it was done quickely and clean. The house is quieter and cleaner. The windows look great, and slid like a dream. Thanks for the excellent work!!! more

We purchased our windows from WinDor several years ago. Since, we've never had an issue. They installed 6 windows upstairs, 3 windows downstairs and 2 sliding glass doors all in under a day. The installers were polite and friendly. The house now stays cooler in the summer because the sun isn't getting through in the same way and the insulated glass keeps the heat in on the cold winter days. We love them and always recommend WinDor to our friends and family. more

The employees that install/repair the windows are very inexperienced and cut corners on anything they can. We've had them out now 5 times to fix numerous issues and now they're even worse. I'm going to file a complaint after giving them the opportunity to refund most or all of my $9600 i spent. Pros: nothing at all Cons: everything more

Liked their own window they make themselves but didnt like the price they gave me. Tried to talk them down but the salesman didnt move. He said he would not make any money if he sold it to me at that price. So no sale for him. Pros: Local manufacturer Cons: price more
