John Evans was honest and friendly and took the time necessary to make me feel comfortable with my purchase. Brian Hughes demonstrated empathy, support and confidentiality during the process. Both gentlemen went out of their way to make me feel important. The cherry on top of a fantastic experience - the staff waiting to greet me and offer congratulations as I was escorted to MY BRAND NEW TOYOTA RAV4! If you are looking for a new/used vehicle - you owe it to yourself to go to Williams Toyota and ask for Steve Usselman. While looking at vehicles, I never felt pressured to look at something I did not want. Steve was very patient and knowledgeable. I bought a car I am very happy with and the service at Williams is unbelievable.
