I purchased a Toyota Rav4 from Williams Toyota with the assistance of John Evans and Brian Hughes. These men are outstanding professionals and made me feel as if I was the only person in the world. John Evans was honest and friendly and took the time necessary to make me feel comfortable with my purchase. Brian Hughes demonstrated empathy, support and confidentiality during the process. Both gentlemen went out of their way to make me feel important. The cherry on top of a fantastic experience - the staff waiting to greet me and offer congratulations as I was escorted to MY BRAND NEW TOYOTA RAV4! John also called me two days after my purchase to ""check in"" with me --> Excellent customer service. Thank you so much for your hospitality and I highly recommend Williams Toyota to anyone looking for a Toyota! I love my Rav4!
