Our family has purchased 6 vehicles from Williams. We won't go anywhere else. The car buying process there is stress free and they see to every detail. The service department there is top-notch and Milt does an excellent job of making sure all of our needs are met. Because they have seen first-hand the level of customer care that the staff at Williams provides, my parents have purchased their last two vehicles from Williams and my sister came from out of state to purchase two vehicles from Williams. I highly recommend them for both a vehicle purchase and for an excellent.service experience. more

We bought our new 2012 Outback from Williams back in April. We live in GR and when trying to work with our local dealer didn't work out, we shopped around online and came to an agreement quick and fast with the Internet sales guy Paul. It was a no hassle deal..... we're willing to travel 45 minutes to see the friendly, fine, folks at Williams in Lansing!! more

I have had the best experience working with my sales person Paul Rawlins. I was involved in a car accident (not my fault) and my 2010 Forester was a total loss. Paul was able to get me a new car in less than 2 weeks. I am a loyal customer of Williams Subaru, primarily because of how much I like working with Paul. I trust him and he knows exactly what I want from a sales consultation. In addition, the new dealership showroom is beautiful and the staff were all friendly and helpful. If you are interested in buying a Subaru, this is the place to start. more
