Comparatively good 5/8/2006

Every dealership is going to over-charge you for maintanence and service provided for your car. This place does too, but I guess the service is Okay, and so far the problems I brought to them has been solved. One time I have small problem with my car and I call them over the phone. They showed courtesy and trouble-shoot with me over the phone. (which is very atypical for many dealership service department) Therefore, I would say that there service is not bad compare with other dealership around town. more

It's a dealership service 11/28/2005

What can I say it's a dealership with a service facility. They charge an arm and a leg for their services and the chances of your car being ready when they promised is 75/25. I brought my car in for a specific problem 3 times and they couldn't find anything wrong with it. After changing about 3 different things they finally found the real problem (spark plugs) and of course then they changed the right thing. Sometimes I wonder why I even bother going back to them, but they're the only VW dealership in town. If you're looking for a VW mechanic, I suggest checking out Redline Auto. They're cheaper and has better service. more
