Clay & Eddie were the best sales folks I have every worked with. There were very responsive, and very knowledgeable on the Scions, especially Clay. They were also very personable. I felt like I was talking to acquaintances. I did have a service issue with USB port on the xD, which took multiple times to fix. I was a bit concerned with the quality and testing of the work before the car was released back to me. Clay did an excellent job of managing the issue with the service dept. Finally, I didn’t appreciate the hard sell with the finance folks on all of their additional services. When I asked hard questions, they had no answers and no current information, especially related to what goes beyond normal wear and tear on a lease return.
