Fast and friendly! The staff was funny and conversational and incredibly professional! The facility seems high-tech, clean, and well run. I also appreciated how aware they were of how much procedures would cost and knew exactly what my insurance would and would not cover, to help me keep my out of pocket low. When I got there I filled out some paperwork, got x-rays, a full cleaning, and an inspection. I was in and out in about an hour. There was no wait when I got there or when I left. I am very happy about the service I received and the overall high quality of this place!! more

Great office! They keep in mind that you're usually coming in on a work day, and don't make you wait forever in the waiting room. It's easy to schedule appointments and the office environment is super friendly. I appreciate the staff being so friendly, almost as much as I appreciate not having to wait. more

I take oral health seriously, brush minimum 2x a day and floss minimum 2x a day. I had not had my teeth cleaned in about 15 yrs (my bad...) Wasn't sure how much $$$ I'd be spending because of waiting. I went in and had them cleaned and they (employees) were great. Everyone was very friendly and the hygienist was shocked when I told her how long it's been (since last cleaning.) It took no time at all. Then, I went back with a sensitive tooth, thought I might need a root canal, Dentist took out old cracked filling and suggested that I have it refilled. He was right, didn't need a root canal! He is not about the money, he's about oral health and saving his patients money. To me that is good customer service! Kudo's to the folks at Westminster Dental!!! more

I received a very nice brochure by mail from this office and decided to make appointments for my children and I as they were a very convenient location for us. They also offered free lifetime teeth whitening for new patients so we had really hoped that we would be happy with the services and find a new dentist closer to home. The hygenists at this establishment are very kind and gentle but the dentis was pretty forceful with her. As a new patient I would hope that he would have at least introduced himself to me or my daughter..no such luck. She had to go back to get three cavities filled and the dentist left the oral numbing agent on her gum for all of 30 seconds before trying to stick the needle in her gums. She told him she wasnt quite ready and he continued moving toward her mouth with the needle. She literally had to push his arms away as he would not listen to her request. (We were his last visit of the evening.)His first words to her for this visit were, ""You are too old to be acting like this.""I heard her cries and went back to the room to hold her hand while he administered the novocaine. I had to extend my hand and introduce myself because he didnt even acknowledge me. I was shocked by this health professional's manner and needless to say we will never return.
