I take oral health seriously, brush minimum 2x a day and floss minimum 2x a day. I had not had my teeth cleaned in about 15 yrs (my bad...) Wasn't sure how much $$$ I'd be spending because of waiting. I went in and had them cleaned and they (employees) were great. Everyone was very friendly and the hygienist was shocked when I told her how long it's been (since last cleaning.) It took no time at all. Then, I went back with a sensitive tooth, thought I might need a root canal, Dentist took out old cracked filling and suggested that I have it refilled. He was right, didn't need a root canal! He is not about the money, he's about oral health and saving his patients money. To me that is good customer service! Kudo's to the folks at Westminster Dental!!!
