Robert Winger is the worst property manager in all of sacramento county. he will rob you blind and think nothing of it. His properties are all dumps. He will steal your deposits. He has no morals and is discriminating and evil. Stay away from him...you will be sorry. more

Since my last conversation with the rental office, one of their employees actually called me back and asked if I was still interested in the property I had originally wanted to see. Apparently the customer who had given them a deposit backed out of the deal. more

I have lived in a Whisler "managed" apartment for about a year and a half now. It's a pretty cute place, and there were some things that needed to get fixed when I first moved in, but nothing major. more

I found a place they listed on Craigslist and fell in love. It seemed to have everything I was and was a decent price. They welcomed you to e-mail them for more information, and provided their e-mail address. more

WORST COMPANY EVER 5/20/2011

Worst Place i have ever used for renting there rude and hang up on you like there little children, there company all together is run terribly. I rented from a year from there at the Fairway Commons off Watt and was a great tenant. I always was getting Notices to Quit and Move out due to the fact they weren't receiving my checks so I had to cancel them which costs $30 bucks and write another one than later told me it was a misunderstanding and had it the whole time. I moved out and was supposed to get my deposit back after 21 days never received it called them 3x and talk to the manager Robert Whingler which he was very rude and hung up on me. Went down there to let them know i still haven't received a call or a check. Now its been two weeks and I finally get a check only to have it bounce in my account and overdraft me for -$28.46 cents. Called them back to ask what had happened it was the first checked the cancelled and they sent out my new today a week from when I called and talked to Robert. Very UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE and HAS THE WORST BOSS EVER!. they don't help you I sent them to the more

The management and support staff team are consistently friendly and helpful and manage to answer telephones, greet visitors, perform admin tasks, and run a tight ship on behalf of multiple entities, with very few missteps. more

I have seen a lot of the interiors of their larger properties however and more of the upscale units and they can be very nice. more
