CHECK THIS COMPANY'S BBB RATING BEFORE YOU RENT. This company is FAMOUS for falsifying yelp reviews, and reviews all around the internet, and regularly does so. I rented from them for over two years. Refused to fix anything, even had to withhold rent to get a sink fixed. Will not return any of your deposit, even with receipts proving that the carpets were professionally cleaned, painted, etc. Gave us a 60-day notice saying that the owners wanted to move into the property, which was a lie. Before we even moved out there was a for-rent sign on the property, and when confronted about it they had no answers and said, ''See you in court, Bi---"". I would only recommend this company to people I didn't like at all. more

They treated the building as if it were their own! From an accounting standpoint, their bookkeeping systems always allowed me to know where I stood in terms of revenues and expenses and when taxes were due and reconciliation statements were issued, I knew I could rest assured that their work would clearly indicate to me and my tenants what our status was. more

We strongly suggest customers check with the Better Business Bureau for a more accurate depiction of the company business practices. more

Since my last conversation with the rental office, one of their employees actually called me back and asked if I was still interested in the property I had originally wanted to see. Apparently the customer who had given them a deposit backed out of the deal. more

I found a place they listed on Craigslist and fell in love. It seemed to have everything I was and was a decent price. They welcomed you to e-mail them for more information, and provided their e-mail address. more

The management and support staff team are consistently friendly and helpful and manage to answer telephones, greet visitors, perform admin tasks, and run a tight ship on behalf of multiple entities, with very few missteps. more
