They treated the building as if it were their own! From an accounting standpoint, their bookkeeping systems always allowed me to know where I stood in terms of revenues and expenses and when taxes were due and reconciliation statements were issued, I knew I could rest assured that their work would clearly indicate to me and my tenants what our status was. more

Gorgeous 2/15/2011

I was surprised to see all the low ratings to be honest. I rented from them for two years, from 2007-2009. I lived in a charming Victorian 14 unit house on L street, off 23rd. I enjoyed the location and moved from my ground floor unit to an upstairs studio there right above L, gorgeous. I'm a contractor and I did a fair amount of work on the building myself for the owner, so I guess I see it differently. more
