I was really impressed with your high value home policy. Your thorough approach and market research were very impressive. We got a better policy with unlimited additional living expense and, most importantly, no time limit to rebuild. Keeping our old policy could have cost us over $100,000! Thanks Western Gold. more

Good policies! 1/6/2016

No one has ever explained coverage better than your agents at Western Gold. We had no idea the risk we were taking with our California Earthquake Authority policy. AIG Private Client earthquake policy was so much better and it covers our stone walls, walkway, and dock. It is also nice to know AIG has adequate reserves to pay 100% of future losses. more

Thank you for reviewing our high value homeowner policy. We were amazed at the extra coverage and policy provisions. We also realized how important it is to be with a company like Chubb: their appraisal system, wildfire protection, and their integrity in settling claims. We were amazed when the policy cost 20% less than our old standard policy. more

Liz Bautista was recommended to me by a friend and she was very responsive and very fast at finding me replacement insurance for home and auto. She saved me almost $300 annually on home/auto insurance. I was very pleased with the service and, of course, saving me money. Over all good experience 11/22/2015

I received a letter from WG last month for my homeowners insurance. I usually have a hard time finding insurance because I live in Simi Valley which is a brush area. So I called to see if they could really insure my house. I ended up getting a quote on my cars and home as a package. The prices were actually competitive and service was very good. They were able to help me even though most companies can't. over all good experience. more

Western Gold Insurance should be your first choice. 11/6/2015

I logged in my YELP account to write a review for Western Gold Insurance. To my amazement, I couldn't believe how many bad reviews they received. For first timers, who is looking to use an insurance agency, don't believe everything you read. I read all the reviews, and most of the complaints were about people getting insurance solicitations in the mail, and wanted to be off the mailing list! I received the same solicitation in the mail, and decided to give them a call. Let me tell you, they (Liz) picked up the phone right away. In 15 minutes, I gave her all my information, and she said that she'll get back with me tomorrow with the quotes. THE VERY NEXT DAY, I received in writing my insurance quotes. The quotes were lower than my current carrier (Farmers), so I signed up for the new policy, and saved some BUCKS!!! Over all, Liz was very courteous and helpful. If you want to save some $$$, going through Western Gold Insurance should be your first choice. more

I've been using a large auto insurance company for as many years as I can remember. Recently, I received my policy renewal and the rates had increased substantially. I decided to call Western Gold to compare rates and spoke with Becky. Not only did she save me money on my auto insurance, but also on homeowner's insurance. I recommend giving Western Gold a try for all your insurance needs. more

My experience with Western Gold Insurance was great, I dealt with Liz , B. I received a mailer for home insurance, when I called them Liz answered the phone and looked up the best rate and best company for me and it was half the price I was paying with State Farm with the same coverage, I was amazed at the speed and great service I received from Liz, even the next day when I called her to ask a question it was two minutes to five pm, she was on her way out but she took time to answer my question for like 10 min, I really appreciated her working with me as a customer and not looking at me in just dollar signs. more
